新华网昆明９月４日专电（记者 陈鹏）在云南玉溪举办的首届中国国际环保纪录片周上，终评委之一、中国广电协会纪录片委员会副会长冷冶夫坦承，中国纪录片与国外优秀纪录片尚有很大差距。 冷冶夫说，第一个差距是投资。国内一部５０分钟纪录片投资顶多几万元，而国际制作平均在１２万欧元，即１２０万元人民币。 其次，国外优秀的纪录片是通过完美的画面与声音共同营造的氛围去吸引人、感染人的。而国内各类纪录片都比较热衷“头接头”、采访接采访、声音接声音，很多纪录片的创作进入一种语言泛滥的误区。 第三，中国纪录片受说教传统影响，节奏太慢，乏味冗长。其实，“好看”仍是纪录片的关键，纪录片要懂得设置兴奋点。反观国外优秀纪录片，每一到两分钟就有伏笔和悬念“引诱”你层层深入。国内纪录片需要改变创作观念。 冷冶夫认为，促使纪录片的商业化将有助于解决目前国内纪录片存在的诸多不足。目前我国只有两个纪录片频道，中央１０套勉强算一个，另一个是上海纪实频道，这使纪录片摄制、播出难以形成良性循环。冷冶夫透露，今年年内我国将出台《关于促进纪录片发展的若干规定》，可望在央视开通我国首个“纪录片频道”。（完） |
